At Healthy Belly, we take utmost care in preparing and packing our sweets so you get nothing but freshness and delight. Since we deal in perishable food items, we follow a strict but fair returns and refund policy.
As our products are edible and have a short shelf life, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered — unless there is a genuine issue with the product.
We will offer a full refund or send a replacement only in the following cases:
You received the wrong item
Your order was damaged during transit
The product had a quality issue upon opening

Kindly share clear pictures of the product, packaging, and the invoice
Do mention the issue briefly to help us resolve it faster
We will not be able to process a refund or replacement if:
The product was consumed
A complaint is raised after 24 hours of delivery
The issue is related to personal taste preference
The delivery address provided was incorrect
Once approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to the same payment method used while placing the order. You will be notified by email once the refund is initiated.
Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled if already dispatched. If your order is still under processing, please contact us immediately and we’ll try our best to help.
