We deliver across most cities and towns in India. If your PIN code is eligible, you’ll be able to place an order smoothly on our website.

We currently accept only prepaid orders. There is no Cash on Delivery (COD) option available at the moment.

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days. Since our sweets are freshly packed after you place the order, we ensure quality and hygiene before shipping.

Delivery timelines are generally as follows:

• Metro cities: 2–5 working days

• Other locations: 4–7 working days Please note that unexpected delays due to courier issues, weather, or festivals may occasionally occur.

• Free shippingis available on all prepaid orders above a specified cart value (if applicable).

• Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly mentioned at checkout.

You’ll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched. You can use it to monitor the delivery status at any time.

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 1-2 times. If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, the product may be returned to us. In such cases, refunds are not possible.

If you have any specific instructions (like security gate clearance, call before delivery, etc.), please add them in the notes section while placing the order. We’ll share them with the courier, but final execution depends on their process.
